Project enquiries submitted through the website are sent using third-party infrastructure such as Resend.

Information submitted through the form may therefore be processed by the service providers required to deliver the message.

These providers should only be used for the purposes necessary to operate the website and communicate with you.

Spam and security

The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated spam or abuse.

Turnstile may process limited technical information about your browser/device for security purposes.

It does not receive the project/message content entered into the form.

Cookies

The website uses cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for functionality, security or basic website operation. This includes essential WordPress operation and the Cloudflare Turnstile security check on the project enquiry form.

The website does not currently use non-essential analytics, advertising, marketing or tracking cookies, and it does not run a newsletter or user accounts.

Some Insights articles may include privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds when a video is published. Those embeds are loaded by YouTube when that content is viewed.

If non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are introduced later, they will not be activated until any consent required by applicable law has been obtained, and this policy will be updated.

Who information may be shared with

Personal information may be processed by trusted service providers where necessary to operate the website or provide services, for example:

  • website hosting providers
  • email delivery providers
  • security/spam-prevention providers
